The
election of Republican Conservative Faso would sound the death knell of
all nature of
rent regulation.
On the
other hand, if Elliot Spitzer is elected there may be some reasonable
expectation of some rational return to home rule on the housing issue.
What must be done to assure the defeat of
Faso and his ilk is that all
regulated tenants
should
communicate with people they know outside of the City be it relative,
friend, business acquaintance, etc. If each rent regulated tenant asks
such correspondent to spread the plea to save your home on such a
personal level it should bolster the chance to assure a Faso defeat.
It is your regulated
home to save. Become active; vote and send this message to those
upstate and in the suburbs that you need such a vote cast to save your
