You are entitled to obtain these reports free of charge.

Credit has to do with your record of paying the rent.  It should have nothing to do with a holdover proceeding, except in the instance where the holdover is for chronic late or non payment.

 In all other circumstances there should be no reason for any report relating to your credit where the landlord seeks your eviction on a non rent issue.

 If you find an inaccurate report, I request you contact me as I am seeking to bar such unfair reporting via litigation against a reporting company known as First Advantage Safe Rent, 7300 Westmore Road, Rockville, Maryland 20850.
