Senior citizens in New York

A Client of the undersigned is facing a non-primary residence eviction merely because he has owned a house in upstate New York where he goes on the weekends for the past 30 years.

The client is a senior citizen who is employed (semi-retired) in New York City.

I am sure that many rent controlled and rent stabilized tenants fit this scenario.

If you do you could face this nature of sham but expensive litigation.
