            I am writing to you as a tenant advocate to find out how many rent stabilized tenants will be displaced if the Forest City Ratner project goes through.  I also wish to know how many rent controlled tenants will be displaced if that project goes through.

            Are you in any way monitoring this matter?

            I am giving you a month to respond to this letter.

            If you do not respond to this letter I will put this letter out as an open letter.
